Report presents theoretical study of energy-extraction and power-transmission efficiency of unstable-resonator laser cavity, output mirror of which has graded reflectance. Super-gaussian reflectance profile may optimize performance. Similar study reported in "Comparative Study of Resonator Optics for Lidar Applications" (NPO-17776).
