Delivery truck drivers' work outside their cabs involves various occupational risks and hazards. Drivers and other stakeholders identified 202 ergonomic discomforts and hazardous work situations in video material of this work. The aim was to determine the types of situations identified and differences between the groups. Most of the identified situations concerned manual materials handling or movement. Their nature varied significantly between the groups. It can be concluded that the participation of different stakeholder groups increases the amount and diversity of relevant information obtained. This approach can be used in holistic risk prevention to increase sustainability and well-being at work.
