Comparing OEM vehicle launch requirements to the US Army Materiel Release procedures can be confusing at times. If done well, the work team could achieve minimal disruption while completing requirements on schedule. Working together on a government contract, both the OEM and the government could meet their customer’s expectations faster and cheaper and improve support for the end user, the Soldier.
