Thermal distillation nowadays is a preferential method to obtain water from solutions with high salt content in both stationary devices and autonomous systems of low productivity. Under these conditions the autonomous system should possess compactness, low specific power consumption and operate under various extremal conditions. In a number of cases the apparatus in which technological processes proceed in the field of action of centrifugal forces meet these requirements.Allowing for the above said the report deals with the type processes which can take place under implementation of autonomous systems of water supplly: liquid film evaporation and steam condensation on the rotating heat-exchange surface, steam condensation on the rotating heat-exchange surface, steam condensation on the supercooled liquid film in the field of centrifugal forces, evaporation to the gas medium and condensation from the gas-steam mixture in the centrifugal contact apparatus, hydrodynamics peculiarities of liquid film on the rotating surface and minimum wetting consumptions.Besides, the analysis results are presented for different methods of specific power consumption issuing from the prospects of the methods use in the autonomous systems of water supply.
