Tune car's front rails convolutions can be an arduous task, time and money consuming. All available theories can be not so useful in conditions where a big variation amount can be present (real conditions). Meet expected performance in a crash test require more than a good CAE analyses but an event/solution comprehension as good as possible. Theory and skills in this subject many times are not commonly present. To improve it, we can use statistics to take advantage from CAE and Theory that are not easy to visualize in an initial moment. We can learn quickly about a technical solution in order to adjust it to meet our needed performance.
