Due to the growing importance of maritime container transportation in the logistics system, berth and quay crane scheduling issues have been a focus of research until now. In this paper, we construct a continuous berth and quay crane joint scheduling optimization model considering carbon emission cost. Minimizing the vessel carbon emission cost, terminal operation cost and the cost of time in port for vessel are taken as multiple objectives in the model. After that, the improved immune particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the example of a port in Zhejiang to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm in this paper. This paper provides a reference for constructing green port.
