In recent years, Mobility as a Service (MaaS) system has been widely used at home and abroad. It integrates various modes of transportation, provides door-to-door travel services for travelers, and advocates people to reduce private cars to expand the proportion of green travel. On this basis, this paper analyzes the possible travel needs of travelers before travel, and proposes an improved genetic algorithm. The initial population generation strategy is improved to avoid loops and invalid paths in the first generation population. The mutation operation strategy is improved, so that the good genes of the father can be retained, and at the same time, the mutation is carried out in the direction of the traveler's needs. Finally, the virtual road network is used to verify the model and algorithm. The results show that the proposed algorithm can calculated the route planning based on travelers' multiple travel demands in the number of iterations rarely.
