The high-speed maglev train is a complex system that incorporates a large number of cutting-edge technologies, such as long stator linear synchronous motor driving system and segmented traction power supply system. The traditional verification method on real vehicle is complicated, expensive and dangerous, so it is difficult to meet the demand of rapid verification. Aiming at the high-speed maglev traffic electronic control system, a kind of hardware-in-loop simulation architecture is proposed, which includes a high-speed simulation tool based on FPGA and low delay I/O devices, to meet the high precision control requirements of the high-speed maglev traction system. The traction system was modeled for a closed-loop simulation with the maglev traction control unit, which realized the verification of the algorithms such as the Maglev traction system zoning switching, the cross-stator segment step changing and the traction closed-loop control.
