Emergency rescue of highway tunnel emergencies is a difficult problem in highway emergency rescue. There is no clear and effective guidance in the tunnel for personnel and no active interception means for vehicles outside the tunnel. When an accident occurs in the tunnel, by analyzing real-time collected images and data from environmental detectors, the optimal escape strategy is studied. According to this strategy, all indicator signs are directed towards the optimal escape direction, and the intelligent blocking system is activated to block upstream vehicles from continuing to enter the tunnel. The emergency decision-making system integrates the existing electromechanical facilities of highway tunnels with new equipment such as escape guidance and intelligent interception. After the application of new equipment and systems, the accident disposal plan is scientifically matched, and the decision-making response can be quickly implemented, thus the efficiency of emergency response is improved.
