A drone that possesses both the qualities of flying in the air like all the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and moves underwater like all the Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUV) is what this drone project is about. Developing a UAAV with fixed wings that can operate well in both water and the air is the primary goal of this research. When moving from air to water flight, the drone may sink into the water thanks to its floodable chambers in the fuselage and wings. When it emerges from the water, the water swiftly drains out of the open wingtips. Instead of using two vehicles—an unmanned aerial vehicle and an underwater remotely controlled vehicle to observe anything that needs both aerial and underwater monitoring, it would be far more efficient to use only one vehicle. The Buoyancy force needs to be balanced in order to keep the drone moving through the water, which challenges the structural integrity. When in the air, the Center of Gravity is very important. At all times, the plane has to be nose-heavy or neutrally balanced.
