As a requirement of military operations, it is of great practical significance to study ways to resist the failure of aircraft swarm network to improve its invulnerability. In order to study the influence of parameters on network failure of the aircraft swarm, a scale-free network model with variable power-law index was established. Both random attacks and targeted attacks were tested under different power-law parameters. The results show that power-law parameters have an important influence on the distinction between random attacks and targeted attacks. When this parameter is closed to a certain value, targeted attacks will cause much more serious failures than random attacks. When far from a certain value, invulnerability under random attack is similar to a targeted attack. Scale-free aircraft swarm network is insensitive to power-law parameter changes under random attacks. This conclusion can provide some suggestions for the network construction of aircraft swarm to achieve better invulnerability and provide guidance for military synergistic applications.
