Military flying operations performed in flexible airspace structures impact commercial air traffic. Analysis of the planning process is performed to define the crucial parts to develop the prediction tool. The process of military flight planning is determined by interactions, conditions, and limitations of the components: flight training syllabus, flight crew, aircraft and associated maintenance, air traffic management, and airspace structures. Military flight planning process model and activity diagram are developed for prediction tool creation. Further system enhancement based on the prediction tool given the real-life operations feedback on specific external factors' influence and internal and mutual interaction is enabled.
