Abstract Problems of simulation of systems from molecular level up to ecosystem of lake are considered. The way of modelling the immune system as a distributed one is proposed. The attempt of modelling complex processes of sepsis and rejection in kidney transplantation is carried out. The ecosystem of lake-cooler of nuclear station is modelled with a help of submodel system. Examples of numeral solution of problems of biomedical systems are presented.
