In order to ensure the efficiency and safety of the flight test, the test test of full flight profile simulation was carried out on the ground before the first flight, and the avionics test flight simulation verification test platform was designed and developed for the characteristics of the test test. The platform adopts semi-physical simulation architecture, applies the design of simulated cockpit, scaled-down aircraft model, and on-board real parts, and realizes the response simulation from driving maneuvering to rudder deflection by adopting very small cost investment. Without the use of on-board flight control real parts and without the constraints of on-board system configuration, various rudder deflection faults can be set freely. The real-time hardware-in-the-loop simulation of the aircraft in-loop integrated dynamic test system achieves the expected simulation results, and the design method also provides the theoretical and methodological basis for ground simulation tests in other fields.
