The article proposes a new resource-consolidated approach to the conceptual and cognitive intellectualization of the main functions of the Motor Transport (MT) and the Motor Transport System (MTS) in relation to their sustainable development. The article examines the principles, isomorphic models, and strategies of systemic and conceptual management of technologically sustainable development in MT in relation to the tasks of conceptual improvement of the emergent and integrative functions of the MTS. The strategies are based on the scientific concept of high-tech and resource-saving reproduction of motor transport processes and services. It is shown, that the existing techno-empirical methods of organization and economics of the motor transport process do not provide conceptual management of technological development in MT, due to their use of the theoretical scheme of virtual transportation of goods and passengers. In connection with that naturalized, anti paradoxically harmonized models of MT's technical and technological resources and transport operations are proposed. Transport-operational and system-oriented regularities of the interactive-adaptive functioning of cars as technical and technological resources of MT subsystem and the MTS have been obtained. A new material-production, technological-innovation and system paradigm of knowledge about MT as a sphere of material, but paradoxical reproduction of motor transport processes is adopted. The patterns of complex functioning of technical-technological resources were obtained in algebraic form. It is shown that these regularities reflect a single physical and technical mechanism for the implementation of motor transport processes, as well as functions important for the sustainable development of MT and MTS.
