Nowadays, urban transportation practices have a significant negative impact on various sectors in cities, including health, the environment, the economy, and social well-being. Personal and passenger transportation are one of the primary sources of urban carbon emissions. The notion of “green mobility” often refers to modes of travel and transportation systems that prioritize environmental preservation and sustainability, by reducing their ecological footprint. In addition to this notion, the concept of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) has attracted much attention in recent years focused on reducing personal transport vehicles usage through different transport models like ride-sharing, car-sharing and micro-mobility. These concepts are innovative urban models solutions that can significantly reduce the negative impact of urbanization. In this work we present a proposal of a collaborative system aimed at contributing to fostering the concept of MaaS in the context of green mobility, using electric motorcycles as the basis for the proposal and method of transportation. The proposal consists of a system that allows to grant and request permission of an electric vehicle usage.
