The article is devoted to the problems of freight forwarding activities in the context of modern challenges, such as risk management, unpredictability of external factors and instability of transportation costs. The study examines the main factors that influence customers’ choice of long-term cooperation with freight forwarders, including cargo delivery time, readiness for tariff changes, and others. Particular attention is paid to the use of logistics principles to improve the efficiency of transport forwarding services (TFS) for customers. The author proposes a feasibility study algorithm based on the use of modern technologies and logistics approaches. The algorithm consists of four sequential stages, each involving a comprehensive analysis, evaluation, and implementation of measures aimed at improving or adjusting the current level of freight forwarding services provided to clients. The results of research show that the use of logistics principles contributes to increased economic efficiency and quality of freight forwarding services to customers, which, in turn, ensures competitiveness in the market.
