The formation of synergic, networked port logistics chain and the development of multimodal transportation speed container ports into the new “alliance era”. First, container production for port group hinterland was analyzed. Then the utility function matrix of container port under cooperative game was established, while alliance’s characteristic function was set up. Thereby the cooperation game’s utility distribution and its solution for the container port were obtained. The effectiveness of the alliance model was verified by taking the alliance of some container ports in the Pearl River Delta as an example. This study has an important academic and practical value.
