Many resource allocation algorithms which only take delay or/and energy into account simply were studied in early works. But we know that there are some other important coequalities in commercial networks to decide the resource allocation, such as the user reputation and the monetary cost. In this paper, our purpose is to propose a reasonable resource allocation algorithm. Not only delay and energy but also the user reputation and the monetary cost are taken into account in this algorithm. Simulation results confirm that our work is effective in reducing computing latency and energy consumption. Furthermore, it is more important that vehicle users can obtain resources with acceptable costs and be inspired to maintain reputations consciously.
