The purpose of this chapter is to test the premises of the presented methodology and its capability to plan an optimum path for evacuation. Several sample cases using the proposed methodology are presented. To achieve this goal, a traffic simulator is developed that evaluates the optimum solution obtained by a constant travel time algorithm.
