Emergency material management is an important part of emergency response. Scholars have developed three types of emergency material scheduling methods aiming at the shortest total transportation time, the lowest total transportation cost, and the shortest total dispatching path. The existing research methods are aimed at minimizing the transportation time or cost, and considering the single road factor in the construction of the route optimization model, it is difficult to scientifically optimize the emergency vehicle route. Based on the above problems, this paper proposes a multi-objective emergency vehicle optimization technology based on ant colony optimization, constructs a single-objective model and a multi-objective model, analyzes the differences in the path schemes obtained by each model, and calculates the optimal path based on different objectives. Finally, the model and algorithm are verified by constructing an example against the background of the Luzhou earthquake. The case shows the superiority of the proposed multi-objective emergency vehicle optimization method based on ant colony optimization.
