Cybersecurity challenges hinder the growth of Unmanned Ariel Vehicles (UAVs or drones). The limitation of UAV onboard resources makes it difficult to implement effective cybersecurity solutions. Meanwhile, weaknesses in existing policies and regulations of UAVs have led to increased cyber-attacks. This paper focuses on recently published literature to review UAV architecture and recent development on UAV vulnerabilities, attacks, and countermeasures.
