Based on the survey results of Nanchang subway service quality and passenger satisfaction, combined with the theory of planned behavior, the four factors of attitude, subjective norm, perceptual behavior control, and subway selection intention were used to establish the corresponding TPB-based subway selection intention model. The subway selects the intention questionnaire and conducts a formal questionnaire survey based on the pre-survey data. The model is analyzed by AMOS22.0 software. Based on this, the model parameters are estimated and the hypothesis is verified. At the same time, the survey samples were divided into six groups: male, female, student, office worker, low-income, middle-high income group, and the differences in interaction between different groups were explored.
