To realize optimal power distribution between proton exchange membrane fuel cell and battery In fuel cell sightseeing vehicle, an offline extremum seeking-based optimized energy management strategy is proposed in this work. The simulation model of the vehicle and the electric propulsion is developed. The model is based on vehicle dynamics and real motor efficiency as constant DC/DC, motor controllers and transmission efficiency are considered. In order to improve the vehicle economy and component durability, a new improved strategy based on quadratic utility function is proposed. A multi-objective artificial bee colony algorithm is designed, and the optimal parameters of the improved strategy are solved by the algorithm. Simulation results show that compared with thermostat control, the proposed strategy can improve the driving range by 3.98 % and durability by 34 %. In addition, the strategy considers the SOC state and combines the historical output power information of the vehicle and its components.
