The port occupies an important position in the development of the country's foreign trade. Under the background of the weak global economic recovery and the “double decline” of domestic and foreign trade, the level of port efficiency determines the success or failure of port development. In order to enhance the competitiveness of ports and give better play to the role of ports in regional economic development, this paper adopts the DEA-Tobit two-stage method to measure port efficiency, analyzes port technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, and targets various external In-depth analysis of factors affecting efficiency. The results show that the development level of various ports is very different, and the level of foreign trade has a significant impact on port efficiency. In the future development of ports, ports should be positioned reasonably and accurately, optimize the input-output ratio, and seek win-win results through dislocation development and collaborative cooperation.
