With the growth of cities, the number of Small Vehicles (SV) such as motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, skateboards etc. has been increasing, as they not only are a very good solution to mobility but also contribute to solve the pollution problems caused by Big Vehicles (BV) such as automobiles, buses and trucks. Like any other vehicle, the SV can be easily involved in collisions with other vehicles or pedestrians, so it is important to make some comments that aim to reduce these situations, in order to achieve, that its intelligent and safe use, serve for benefit of cities and their inhabitants.
