In this paper, the unmanned ship is taken as the research object. Firstly, the development trend and application status of fault prediction and health management technology for complex systems are introduced, and the characteristics of autonomous unmanned systems, especially the use requirements and deployment environment of unmanned ship, are analyzed. Then, a shore sea integrated unmanned ship condition monitoring and maintenance support architecture is proposed, and its application process is introduced. In view of the problems in the practical application of PHM technology in unmanned ship, the key technologies that need to be solved are analyzed, and the development trend of related technologies is prospected.
