The technology of bending–rolling in rollers of shaped aircraft parts is proposed and implemented by the pilot straightening–bending installation in AO Ulyanovsk NIAT. Experimental results are presented for research of longitudinal bending of aircraft part blanks made of formed sections. The data obtained demonstrates the possibility of obtaining the workpieces with a radius of curvature less than 600 mm from high-strength aluminum alloys while preserving the profile cross-section parameters.
