Automatic test platforms are widely applied in manned spacecraft testing process. Test sub-item design is usually carried out to resolve the complex test project into non-decomposable elements and then regroup them again for different test projects. However, additional time on data conversion and collation has been spent on command conflicts analyzing in test sub-item design because different spacecraft has its own data interface definition. A command management method with system modelling, state machine modelling, command modelling and model conversion based on MBSE has been put forward in this paper. The command management method achieves commands conflicts analysis in test sub-item design of the space technology test sub-system of Chinese Space Station. A typical application result shows that all the 48 commands from 4 sub-system devices have been successful sent and executed, which means the test sub-item is designed with no command conflicts.
