The digital transformation issues of transport construction industry are considered. A scheme of railway construction information models’ interaction in a unified information environment for managing projects for the creation of large transport facilities is proposed; the creation of a unified information environment for project management in transport construction; trajectories of construction of a high-speed highway (HSR) and financial flows of the life cycle contract executor n. A comparative analysis of design and calculation and actual cost indicators of modern facilities of various types of transport is given; a multilevel information model of a railway object life cycle consists of a set of interconnected information blocks and can be represented as a set of information arrays, the recurrent ratio of information arrays for the construction of a large transport facility in the form of notation; life cycle contract (LC), as a single object of project management of creation by HSR example, requires integration in work programs throughout LC: scientific research, feasibility study, pre-design, construction design, commissioning, operation with repairs, staged infrastructure upgrades, etc. It is proposed to use modern BIM technologies at the design stage; production of work and further operation of transport facilities, which will improve: the quality of design work; efficiency of construction organization and operation durability.
