In order to reduce fire hazards and ensure the safety of firefighters, this paper proposes a high-temperature resistant robot for fixed-point firefighting. We first design a thermal protection structure to wrap the main body of the robot, which can effectively protect the normal operation of internal components. At the same time, with a high-temperature-resistant metal crawler chassis, the robot can be applied to various complex terrains. Besides, this robot respectively has automatic mode and cooperative mode to choose from. In the automatic working mode, the robot automatically identifies the fire point location based on flame detection and puts out the fire, realizing real-time monitoring of the working environment. In the cooperative working mode, firefighters can remotely control it. The cameras located at the front and rear ends of the robot allow the operator to observe the foreground and background of the robot in real-time. Meanwhile, it is equipped with laser ranging sensors to avoid hitting any obstacles and surrounding objects. It does not require firefighters to be exposed to unnecessary dangerous environments, and can autonomously find the fire point before the fire gets out of control, and use fire extinguishing bombs to extinguish the fire the first time.
