The paper analyzes the problems of environmental protection from combustion emissions of various fuels. The combustion characteristics of three types of fuel, such as methane, biogas, and hydrogen, which are promising in terms of reducing harmful emissions into the atmosphere, are discussed. Based on the analysis of the experimental results, polynomials were obtained that allow determining the laminar combustion rate under various conditions. It was found that the addition of inert gases to fuels reduces the laminar combustion rate.
