Braking system is an important device to ensure personal safety, and its reliability and effectiveness are also the basis of vehicle operation, and its fault diagnosis is of great significance to protect the safety of members of the vehicle. Combined with the domestic electric vehicle gradually becoming the development trend of the automobile industry in the future, the braking system it adopts not only guarantees the braking performance, but also ensures its endurance. Based on a brief introduction to the electric vehicle braking system, this paper summarizes three fault diagnosis methods for the braking system, and puts forward the prospect of the future fault diagnosis technology.
