The space manipulator is the main tool for realizing on-orbit service. In the face of complex space environment and tasks, it is unrealistic to finish the task by using manipulator autonomously. It is one of the main technical means to achieve on-orbit missions of the manipulator for relying on ground operators. In this paper, a generalized predictive control method is proposed to solve the problem of uncertain time delay and frame loss during the teleoperation of the space manipulator.
