With a large number of new energy sources and flexible loads connected to the power grid, the future power system will change from ‘source follows load’ to ‘source-load interaction’ mode. As a typical flexible and adjustable load, the charging power and battery capacity of electric trucks (ET) are larger than those of ordinary household electric vehicles, and the operation mode and control method are simpler. The participation of electric truck charging station (ETCS) in grid frequency regulation can provide better frequency support for the system. In this paper, we firstly divide electric trucks into groups according to the battery charge state, establish a model for evaluating the frequency regulation capacity of ETCS, then propose an integrated inertia control strategy for primary frequency regulation of ETCS that takes into account the participation coefficients, and finally carry out a simulation validation of the proposed control strategy. The results show that the absolute value of the maximum frequency deviation and other indicators of the system are reduced to a certain extent after the ETCS participates in frequency regulation, indicating that the participation of the ETCS in primary frequency regulation has a positive effect on the system frequency recovery.
