In India, the most basic requirement in development of the nourishment preparing industry is the absence of included cold chain facilities. The objective of this research is to present the readily available facts about transport and storage of perishable foods and outline the risk factors involved in this activity. Through research, various risk factors in transportationTransportation have been analyzed using ISM technique.
