In engineering practice, the control problem of HICVPS faces more severe challenges due to physical environment constraints and changing network communication environment. On the one hand, the external disturbances, uncertainties, and unknown input dead zones complicate the control design of HICVPS. On the other hand, the multi-form faults behavior may cause the transient/steady state control performance and string stability of HICVPS to seriously decay, and the control accuracy will be reduced, and the vehicle collision risk will be increased.
