The well‐being of passengers as well as the condition confidence of the driver are highly determined by the vibrations affecting him. Mechanical vibrations, which are induced into the driver by the seat, pedals and steering wheel, are often of stochastic kind, containing different frequencies and are sometimes characterized by impacts. Beside the well‐being, the health of the occupants can also be impaired by the induced vibrations, [1]. In particular the drivers of commercial or military vehicles are affected in case of bad roads and long journeys.
