For on-orbiting spacecraft, FTC and CA techniques are generally utilized to ensure the stability, reliability, autonomy and intelligence, and the percentage of successfully accomplished missions of the spacecraft ACS, especially in the presence of external disturbances, actuator constraints and faults.
