Aiming at the problem of insufficient fastening strength of container corner due to corrosion aging, the container stacking model was established to analyze the force of corner and a new force calculation method was put forward. The corner were modeled by ANSYS simulation software, and the defects of rectangular corner were simulated to realize corrosion aging treatment. The results show that the residual strength of corner decreases with the increase of defect length, width and depth, and the decrease of residual strength is more obvious with the increase of defect width and depth. The influence of defects on the residual strength of container corner is clarified, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the maintenance and replacement of corner and the safety of container fastening.
