The operating algorithms of transmitter-receivers controlled by micro-processors are considered. Examples of the implementation of the solutions suggested are given. Satellite systems exist for the collection, transmission, and processing of data in the interest of various services and various branches of science and engineering (oceanography, meteorology, vulcanology, glaciology, etc.) concerned with investigating the surrounding medium. The information sources in such systems are sensors of physical parameters of the medium (the pressure, temperature, water salinity, etc.) in the form of marine radio buoys, aerostats, or fixed stations. Satellite systems are not very efficient for retrieving information from buoys situated a short distance from the receiver. The system considered is not a satellite system. It processes information by means of computers installed on vessels.
