A set of scaling relations requiring the exact images of temperature fields and stress fields in two scaled models of an electromechanical system is presented in this paper. The relations are derived from the electromagnetic diffusion equation, thermal diffusion equation, momentum equation, and kinematic equation. The relations state that the time scaling factor should be the square of the geometry scaling factor, and the amplitude of the current is linearly scaled as the geometry. Scaling relations are valid on any electromechanical system which is governed by the underlying equations. One such system is a solid armature electromagnetic launcher. A detailed derivation and numerical validation are presented in this paper
