The invention relates to a winch speed reducer of coal mine hoisting equipment. An input shaft is in meshed transmission with a middle output shaft through a middle output gear set; one end of the middle output shaft extends out of the box for outputting; the middle output shaft is meshed with a middle shaft through a middle gear set; a high-gear gear set and a low-gear gear set are respectively supported and connected on the intermediate shaft through bearings; a shifting gear is in key connection with the intermediate shaft between the high-gear gear set and the low-gear gear set; high-gearand low-gear combination teeth are arranged at inner ends, facing a gear shifting gear, of the high-gear gear set and the low-gear gear set respectively; the gear shifting gear is sleeved with a gearshifting gear ring, the gear shifting gear ring is correspondingly connected with the gear shifting gear and the high-gear combination teeth or connected with the gear shifting gear and the low-gear combination teeth between the high-gear combined teeth and the low-gear combined teeth, the gear shifting gear ring is externally connected with a shifting fork, and the high-gear gear set and the low-gear gear set are connected with a tail end output shaft in a transmission and penetrating mode. The winch speed reducer can rotate to output high-gear and low-gear transmission ratios through high-gear and low-gear gear sets and output high-gear and low-gear transmission ratios through the output shaft, and winch lifting speed reduction and drill bit driving speed reduction are integrally met.

    本发明涉及一种煤矿井提升设备绞车减速装置,输入轴经中间输出齿轮组啮合传动中间输出轴,中间输出轴一端伸出箱体输出,中间输出轴经中间齿轮组啮合传动中间轴,中间轴上经轴承分别支撑连接高档齿轮组和低档齿轮组,高档齿轮组和低档齿轮组之间的中间轴上键连接拨档齿轮,高、低档齿轮组朝向拨档齿轮的内端分别设有高、低档结合齿,拨档齿轮外套拨档齿圈,拨档齿圈对应于高、低档结合齿之间呈分别接合拨档齿轮和高档结合齿或接合拨档齿轮和低档结合齿状态,拨档齿圈外接拨叉,高档齿轮组和低档齿轮组分别传动穿接末端输出轴。本装置可旋转经高、低档齿轮组通过输出轴输出高、低档传动比,一体满足绞车提升减速和钻头驱动减速。
