The invention discloses an urban area-based pedestrian abnormal traffic behavior pattern recognition management and control system. The system comprises a traffic camera, a vehicle-mounted image acquisition module, a signal lamp data acquisition module, a data receiving module, a data processing module, a master control module, an information sending module, a voice broadcaster and a display screen; the traffic camera is used for collecting pedestrian face images, zebra crossings and vehicle number information at a crossroad; the vehicle-mounted image acquisition module is used for receiving vehicle-mounted image information uploaded by automobile data recorders on taxis and buses, wherein the vehicle-mounted image information comprises road guardrail image information and guardrail climbing person face image information; the signal lamp data acquisition module is used for acquiring traffic light information, wherein the traffic light information comprises red light information and green light information. The urban area-based pedestrian abnormal traffic behavior pattern recognition management and control system has more functions, can better manage and control pedestrians, and canprovide warning information for passing vehicles to reduce traffic accidents.
