The invention discloses an FPSO suction anchor pile building and shipping process. A reinforcing framework is mounted in a sub section of a top barrel body, and one end of the sub section is sealed bya top cover plate; the end part of the sealing cover plate is equipped with a water pumping device for pumping seawater; a tubular type lifting lug is mounted on the side wall of the sub section of the top barrel body; the sub section of a middle barrel body is equipped with a casting lifting lug; the sub section of the top barrel body, the sub section of the middle barrel body and a sub sectionof a bottom barrel body are separately placed on three corresponding powered platform vehicles for transportation; the three powered platform vehicles for transportation are moved for sequentially welding the sub section of the top barrel body, the sub section of the middle barrel body and the sub section of the bottom barrel body to form a suction anchor pile; a primary crawler crane and a synergistic crawler crane are used, and a lifting rope of the primary crawler crane and a lifting rope of the synergistic crawler crane are separately connected to the tubular type lifting lug and the casting lifting lug for lifting; after being lifted, the suction anchor pile is dismounted, the synergistic crawler crane is dismounted from a main barrel body; and a main crawler is used for conveying thesuction anchor pile onto a barge to accomplish shipping. The FPSO suction anchor pile building and shipping process greatly reduces building difficulty and shortens a building construction period.

    本发明公开了一种FPSO吸力锚桩建造及装船工艺,顶部筒体分段内安装有加强框架且一端通过顶部盖板密封,密封盖板的端部安装用于抽取海水的抽水装置,顶部筒体分段的侧壁安装有管式吊耳,中部筒体分段安装有铸造吊耳;将顶部筒体分段、中部筒体分段和底部筒体分段分别放置在三个对应的平板运输车上,移动三个平板运输车,依次将顶部筒体分段、中部筒体分段和底部筒体分段进行焊接形成吸力锚桩;使用主履带吊和协同履带吊,并通过主履带吊和协同履带吊的吊绳分别连接管式吊耳和铸造吊耳进行吊装,待吸力锚桩被吊起后拆卸,从主筒体上拆卸协同履带吊;使用主履带吊将吸力锚桩输送至驳船上,以完成装船,本发明极大地降低了建造难度,缩短了建造工期。
