The invention discloses a method for optimizing fuel consumption of an extended-range hybrid electric vehicle, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicles. The method comprises the following steps: performing model selection design on key component parameters according to a whole vehicle attribute target, and simultaneously determining a range extender working point; acquiring the current SOC of a power battery in real time, when the current SOC of the power battery is larger than SOCmax, turning off a range extender to achieve pure electric driving, and enabling the power batteryto meet all power requirements of the whole vehicle; when the current SOC of the power battery is larger than SOCmin and smaller than SOCmax, enabling the range extender to keep the working state at the previous moment; when the current SOC of the power battery is smaller than SOCmin, starting the range extender and enabling the range extender to work at a high-efficiency point; meanwhile, determining the operation point of the range extender according to the vehicle speed of the whole vehicle so as to meet most power, redundant power or insufficient power required by vehicle driving, and power following digestion is conducted through charging and discharging of the power battery; high-efficiency point and constant-power output of the range extender is achieved, the fuel economy is better,the capacity of a battery pack is smaller, and frequent switching and power fluctuation of the range extender can be effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种优化增程式混合动力汽车油耗的方法,涉及电动汽车技术领域,根据整车属性目标,对关键部件参数进行选型设计,同时确定增程器工作点;实时获取动力电池当前SOC,当动力电池当前SOC>SOCmax时,增程器关闭以纯电动行驶,动力电池满足整车所有功率需求;当SOCmin<动力电池当前SOC<SOCmax时,增程器保持前一时刻的工作状态;当动力电池当前SOC<SOCmin时,增程器起动并工作于高效率点;同时根据整车车速决定增程器的运行点,以满足汽车行驶的需求大部分功率,多余的功率或不足的功率,由动力电池充放电进行功率跟随消化;本发明实现增程器在高效率点和恒功率输出,燃油经济性更优,电池包容量更小,能有效地避免增程器频繁切换和功率波动。
