The invention discloses a pedestrian protection system based on wireless communication and multi-element fusion technology. The system comprises end edge equipment used for guiding pedestrians and vehicles to run, a comprehensive processing control platform arranged at an intersection and used for collecting and analyzing illegal snapshot behavior videos and related event detection and alarm, anda central control platform used for processing the related events, carrying out alarming and distributing work orders. According to the pedestrian protection system based on the wireless communicationand multi-element fusion technology, all the subunits are integrated, so that pedestrians can walk across the street more safely; red and green zebra crossing signal lamps laid on the road surface are obvious to the pedestrians; and the scene emergency event can be sent to the central control platform in real time through video signals, so that people can know the emergency scene situation in time. According to the system, related advantages of the cloud platform, big data, cloud computing and edge computing are utilized, a travel scheme can be comprehensively considered, intersection timingsignals are optimized in real time, and road congestion is reduced.
