The invention provides a high-rigidity and high-strength instrument board suspension area mounting structure, which comprises an instrument board lower body framework arranged in a backward protrudingmode from an instrument board upper body framework, the whole instrument board lower body framework is suspended, an electric appliance maintenance cover plate assembly is fixed to the lower portionof the instrument board lower body framework through screws, a batten-shaped decorative plate assembly is connected to the position, close to the instrument board upper body framework, of the instrument board lower body framework in a clamped mode, batten-shaped decorative strip assemblies are connected to the left side and the right side of the instrument board lower body framework in a clamped mode, an installation support is further connected to the middle of the instrument board lower body framework through screws, and all functional components are installed on the installation support. The instrument board lower body framework has enough rigidity and strength, the instrument board lower body framework is an installation carrier of an electric appliance maintenance cover plate, a decoration plate assembly and a decoration strip assembly, all functional components are fixed to the instrument board lower body framework in a unified mode through an installation support, and the rigidity and strength requirements of the whole suspension area are met. Therefore, the design target of the whole instrument board is met.

    本发明提供一种刚度高、强度高的仪表板悬浮区域安装结构,包括自仪表板上本体骨架向后凸伸设置的仪表板下本体骨架,仪表板下本体骨架整体呈悬置状,电器维修盖板总成通过螺钉固定在仪表板下本体骨架的下方,仪表板下本体骨架上临近仪表板上本体骨架处卡接有条板状的装饰板总成、左右两侧卡接有条板状的装饰条总成,仪表板下本体骨架中部位置处还通过螺钉连接有安装支架,各功能部件安装在安装支架上。仪表板下本体骨架本身具有足够的刚度和强度,仪表板下本体骨架是电器维修盖板、装饰板总成和装饰条总成的安装载体,各功能部件通过安装支架统一固定在仪表板下本体骨架上,保证整个悬浮区域的刚度强度要求,从而满足整个仪表板设计的目标。
