    The embodiment of the invention provides a traffic signal lamp identification method and device. The method comprises the steps of detecting an image, collected by a vehicle-mounted camera, in front of a vehicle, and determining a zebra crossing region in the image, based on the zebra crossing region in the image and the relative position of the zebra crossing and the traffic signal lamp in the actual space, evaluating the region range of the traffic signal lamp in the image, and conducting traffic signal lamp detection in the region range, so that the problems that the detection result is difficult to verify and the detection accuracy is difficult to guarantee when the traffic signal lamp region is detected in the prior art are effectively solved.
