The invention discloses an artificial intelligence road event monitoring method, device and system and a storage medium. Through the technology, real-time monitoring and identification are carried out on different roads, the non-motor vehicle violation condition of each monitored road section can be obtained at the management and control center, and workers can be dispatched for management according to the condition; in addition, the management and control center can also send out a control signal and send the marked video monitoring information to the display terminal for display, and during implementation, the display terminal is displayed at an inevitable point of the monitored road section and is used for reminding a non-motor vehicle driver of violation of regulations, forming a supervision effect and solving the monitoring problem of the violation of the non-motor vehicle.
